This month's speaker will be Sgt. Tracey Hicks with the Houston Police Department. He'll be speaking about the rise in crime in Houston and what steps you can take to avoid being a victim.

Any candidate in attendance will have a brief opportunity to speak. We'll also be voting to formally ratify the new bylaws. A final draft will be provided before the meeting.
